How to Request a Refund

When you cancel your trip, refunds are automatically transferred to your bank account within 30 business days, though guests normally receive their refunds as fast as 7 days. You may want to contact your bank for further information.

If you haven't received your funds within the specified timeframe, contact Customer Service by emailing help@karta.com.

Note: Refund conditions may differ from bank to bank, so if you haven't received an SMS confirming the refund, be sure to check your balance before contacting customer support.
